Mission Statement
Ontario Blind Sports Association (OBSA) plans, promotes, co-ordinates, and sanctions events and activities designed to stimulate and assist the futher development of sports programs for blind/visually impared athletes in Ontario.
OBSA was incorporated in 1984.
