Other players with the championship squad, coached by Bob Mannen and Mike Breuls, were Tony Fraser, Justin Lowrey and Kevin Rawings.
All four players are students at WRM.
The Blacks won all four of their round-robin games before defeating British Columbia 14-5 in a semifinal match.
Bill Morgan and Bill Edwards coached the Whites, who were composed of WRM students Donnovan Linton, Arvin Carandang and Eric Miller and former WRM student, Dylan Johnson, now a student at Algonquin College in Ottawa.
The Whites went 1-2-1 in the round robin to finish in third place but upset second-place New Brunswick 13-5 in a semifinal game to qualify for the championship game.
British Columbia edged Alberta 1-0 in the girls' championship game.
Ontario trounced New Brunswick 10-0 in the bronze-medal game.
WRM students Sarah Hargraves, Jessica Koury, Jillian MacSween, Julia Figueiredo and Brooke Perriam formed the Ontario squad which was coached by former Canadian paralympic goalball player Annette Lisabeth, a sister to Brantford Blast hockey player Travis Lisabeth.
Players in the tournament were being evaluated as possible members for the Canadian teams at the International Blind Sports Association Games for the Visually Impaired in Colorado Spring, Colorado, in July.
