2022 OBSA: Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Aligning with OBSA mission, the Hall of Fame Gala was created to recognize deserving individuals who have positively impacted blind sports in Ontario. This year we are happy to announce that the gala will be taking place in person at the Best Western in Brantford, ON. This event will feature an evening of celebration; recognizing the outstanding accomplishments of past and present OBSA Hall of Fame inductees, a three course meal, multiple prizes and live music. We look forward to seeing you all in person at the 2022 Hall of Fame Gala!
